They were very nice and worked real hard to dig the hole and fine the cap. Pumping was an issue but they kept at it until it was clear and empty. I would recommend them highly.

We had a great experience. The technician, Richard, was scheduled l for the next morning after we called and he arrived within the window. He took care of the problem quickly and charged exactly what he said it would be when he diagnosed the issue. That included the part, which he had in his truck. Excellent service.

I’m super pleased with the consistency, communication and trustworthiness of work at Mr Rooter. The service is pricey, but you’re paying for good work and peace of mind knowing the job is done right.
