Service was good. I did not receive a call in advance to the plumber arriving and had to call myself to see how close he was. He was very efficient and completed the dishwasher installation easily. It the future we would choose a lower cost option as we were caught off guard by the bill being over $750. Live and learn! Still great service all things considered!

We were really worried when our pipes were frozen for over 2 weeks. When it unthawed our meter exploded, the water company came to fix it, replaced it and our pipes busted. We already didn't have running water for going on 3 weeks. They sent someone within 2 hours. His name was Keegan and he did amazing. Fixed our problem in less than an hour, and did it with a smile. I called expecting to make an appointment for hoping like one day next week. They called me right back and said i can have a guy there within the hour. And they delivered. Brads service was prompt and thorough. Made for an enjoyable experience. Nice job Brad and Mr Rooter.

Easy to reach the company and talked to a very polite and helpful representative. Service call was prompt. Earl, our service technician, was very easy to work with and explained to us the problem and was clear about the fee up front. He was very efficient, congenial and polite. The fee was higher than we anticipated.

We had to have a total replacement of inside and outside sewage pipes. Brian and Dave were very professional. Their work was superb. We are very satisfied. We will recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone needing plumbing.
