Cody was awesome. Left a hose connected to our outdoor faucet over winter and needed it repaired. Cody diagnosed the issue and fixed it in record time. Will definitely use Rooter Ohio Valley again!

Service was good. I did not receive a call in advance to the plumber arriving and had to call myself to see how close he was. He was very efficient and completed the dishwasher installation easily. It the future we would choose a lower cost option as we were caught off guard by the bill being over $750. Live and learn! Still great service all things considered!

I called expecting to make an appointment for hoping like one day next week. They called me right back and said i can have a guy there within the hour. And they delivered. Brads service was prompt and thorough. Made for an enjoyable experience. Nice job Brad and Mr Rooter.

The technician was great. The communication from the ladies was definitely disappointing. I have owned several businesses....first there is no real plan how you will be serviced. Most places give you a window. Not letting you hang all day. Plus they need trained on how to handle customers on the phone. Not just how to answer the phone.

Cody installed the hot water tank, he did a great job! When he emptied the old tank he put it over the drain so that water wouldn't get all over the basement floor, he explained everything that he was doing and showed me how to set it on the different heat levels he explained that A was the best any higher it could burn your skin, he cleaned up after he was done! He answered all my questions and he was professional and very nice, hopefully I won't need any more plumbing work, but if I do, I will call Mr. Rooter and ask for C... read more
