Cody was awesome. Left a hose connected to our outdoor faucet over winter and needed it repaired. Cody diagnosed the issue and fixed it in record time. Will definitely use Rooter Ohio Valley again!

Service was good. I did not receive a call in advance to the plumber arriving and had to call myself to see how close he was. He was very efficient and completed the dishwasher installation easily. It the future we would choose a lower cost option as we were caught off guard by the bill being over $750. Live and learn! Still great service all things considered!

I called expecting to make an appointment for hoping like one day next week. They called me right back and said i can have a guy there within the hour. And they delivered. Brads service was prompt and thorough. Made for an enjoyable experience. Nice job Brad and Mr Rooter.

Plumber came and fixed out pressure tank and well fittings. He was very professional and did a great job. It was expensive, but needed the work done quick. I would use them again if needed.

Not sure on the spelling, but Keegan is quite the asset to your team of technicians. He was polite, personable, honest, kind, quick, and a great worker. Next time I have a plumbing issue, I will be calling and requesting him. Company pricing is a bit much, but that is the only small complaint I'd have, and looking at other reviews, I see I'm not the only one that thinks so.
