Just a few days before Christmas we had an emergency plumbing issue and Mr. Rooter was called. Shortlty thereafter one of their plumbing technicians "Victoria C." came and assessed the situation. She was absolutely wonderful. Victoria explained clearly and professionally what the problem was and arranged for a crew to come and dig in our driveway to fix a portion of a collapsed pipe.
