Prompt, professional, and friendly service! The office lets you know who is coming within a time window. Daryl agreed I needed to replace my old water heater, and he and Zach installed a new one the next day - and removed the old one, and cleaned up the area. Very pleased.
Removal of garbage disposal by Mr Darryl Bond. On time and Professional work from beginning to end. Explained what the problem was and what was needed. Went over all options with me. Im very satisfied with what was done and I would recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone to meet your plumbing needs.
Let’s talk, we got pictures, names and about 7 grand of work For 20’ of pipe. Pipes still clogging, bathroom tore up with no recourse to fix, sewage leaks all over basement, had to bring in a plumber friend who actually had a scope camera to see in the pipes. These guys didn’t have the right equipment when they started nor did they when “finished” Edit: 04/24/26 Contact has been made, will update this review with more details as time allows
Their website claims to be trustworthy with upfront pricing, and I would argue both of these points. I would never use or recommend this company to anyone.I do not feel that anything they have done was honest and the company is trying to squeeze as much money as they can out of homeowners and their insurance companies.
