Chris ("Cowboy") was prompt, super friendly, got the job done quickly, and went above and beyond to fix some additional non-urgent/major issues we were having with our toilets. Will be my first call next time something goes awry.
Call center was great and the technician arrived promptly but once he was there and assess the situation, he tried to charge us nearly $700 just to replace a 6 inch section of PVC pipe that was already exposed and put on a new spigot for a water hose. Literally less than an hour job with $20 in parts. Sad the technician Is giving the company and the owner is a horrible name by trying to take advantage of people
