Do not use this company and do NOT mistake this for Rotorooter. The sewer backed up and I called a plumber for repairs. BIG mistake to have called this company. A proper diagnosis was not done and after replacing about 3 ft of drain pipe and 5 1/2 hours of being onsite they provided an invoice of close to $4k. A line item for 6 hours labour was included on the invoice even though they told me they charge by the task not the hour.
