I scheduled an appointment and a plumber came out from Mr.Rooter. Bob took his time and answered all my questions. He kept me informed every step of the way. We had a hard grease main sewer clog. Bob did not give up and took him several hours to unclog the drain. I would recommend this company to anyone. Ask for Bob and you cant go wrong.
Last Friday our kitchen sink clogged up. I tried plunging, draino, and snaking the pipe in the wall. I have arthritic knees and was tired of the pain so decided to finally call Roto Rooter to set up an appt and they said Monday between 810 and 830. Around 9am they called and said they wouldnt be out until 1030. When the guy came, without even looking at the issue or anything, he pulled out a paper that said it would cost 500-600 dollars.
