Great service and knowledgeable work. Had major work completed to replace our entire sewer line on our large property on the Upper East. Work was prompt and completed without delays, can recommend Mr. Rooter as polite and professional plumbers.
Mr Rooter is the best..came out late on a Friday evening.. I had a busted pipe in my yard..Jason Hanna did a great job..gave free estimate after accessing the situation and kept me informed during process. I highly recommend you use Mr. Rooter.. You will be glad you did.
Over Thanksgiving,we had an indoor plumbing leak. Water had to be shut off and we placed a call to Mr Rooter. The plumbers came to our home that day. They accurately diagnosed and repaired the problem within the first hour of being there. Not only were they professional,friendly and efficient, they also checked our bathrooms and kitchen to make sure the water was running properly. We will never use a different plumbing service and will always request Tony. If you have a plumbing issue, Mr Rooter is the one to call.
