Gerald was very helpful and diligent
Ben was very upfront and honest, kept me up to date of the problem and layed out the issues faced. Looks like it will take a bit more to solve the problem then I hoped. It is a bit of a tricky situation he wasn't pushy but was helpful in arranging a quote of the additional work needed. Despite it being an old set of pipes he ensured the seal was on the cover plate. I would recommend him and the company if asked for a tip on who to get to help. He put up with my pestering with a smile on his face.
