My name is Larry King n my sewer was backing up. I called Mr. Rooter and in 20 minutes they showed up. Jack got out of his van n took over. He did tests to see where the problem was.This was at 4:30pm. After tests and a camera he knew where the problem was. He called to get some help because it was a big job n they said he was on his own. He dug a hole with a jack hammer n a shovel.This lasted a few hours.
