i called LAST NIGHT and was told to call back this morning to unclog a main sewer and then was told its bike week, they are busy, WT ACTUAL F does that even mean? Not even gonna rate them as I am angry

They state they're open 24hrs however if your problem is outside of normal business hours it's gonna cost you. Wanted to charge me 875$ to instal a Lowes brand pump. No thanks. He basically plug my pump up and said it doesn't work, that will be 65$. I told them pump doesn't work when I called. Wasn't a proper diagnosis.

This place is a ripoff! Was quoted $2,800 and told it would take 2 days and renting an excavater to replace 30 ft of pvc. It took us half a day and it was dug by hand and spent around $500.

Scheduling is a joke. Called and asked if they could come unclog a toilet vent today because I had construction going on at the house. They said yes and scheduled a two hour window. After the beginning of that window they called to say they would not be able to make it until like 9pm tonight if at all and wanted to know if they could reschedule for tomorrow.
