Some weird facade of a company. Main Mr. Rooter call center booked an appointment with a “vendor” that doesn’t even do the service. Find a different group of you can.
We ran into an unexpected blockage in one of our drain lines, and Charles Jr. responded quickly to assess it. He documented the problem with photos and walked us through exactly what he recommended. He came back out the same week and provided a quote for an additional item to fully resolve the issue. The whole process was timely, and Charles Jr. was very courteous throughout. Thank you for the excellent service!
I am very unhappy with my experience with Mr. Rooter. My issue started on a Saturday with my toilets bubbling, accompanied by a sewer smell and backing up. My husband called and was told someone would be out between 12 and 2 that day. When they hadn't arrived by 5:30, with no call to let us know they were running behind, he called Mr. Rooter back for an update. He was told someone would call him back. Nice and clean in work
Paid $1,000 for them to dig up my yard and tell me I had a septic tank after telling me it was a broken pipe. Along with the $500 they charged me to snake my drain and "unclog" it. It wasn't uncloged because it was the septic the whole time. So now $1,500 later they did absolutely nothing but take my money. 👍 would not recommend
