Good customer service. Person who came was honest and reliable. My only complaint is that I thought the service fee was very high. It was a bit over $300.
Sean Beck replaced our sewage pump on February 27, 2026. He was extremely professional, kind, and stayed for several hours, even after it got dark, to finish the job. He answered all of our questions, was very personable, and seemed very knowledgeable. We greatly appreciate his professionalism, work ethic, and positivity.

In a time-sensitive emergency situation, I turned to Mr. Rooter for assistance, only to be met with utter disregard for their commitment and responsibilities.
