Sean Beck from Mr. Rooter came to install a drain pump in my basement and he was fantastic. He took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. The work was professional and everything works great! already contacted them to do more work. I would definitely recommend.
Sean Beck was the plumber who came out today to find a leak in our home. He was personable and knowledgeable. We will be getting Mr Rooter to come fix the issue. It’s nice to have a company you can trust to get the work done efficiently and effectively. He also spoke so nicely about his finance and likes cats.

Booked and online appointment for a toilet install on Monday, but Kris had a cancellation on Sunday so he was able to fit us in that afternoon! He was very professional, friendly and quick. We will definitely be calling Mr. Rooter for any future plumbing needs.
