We called Mr. Rooter for a second opinion after another plumber was unable to solve our issue and wanted to cut holes in the wall. Mr. Rooter came out and the technician was very courteous and careful not to track any dirt in the house despite it raining outside. They were able to solve the problem that day without cutting any holes in the wall. The technician was very friendly and professional. I was quite impressed with the level of service we received. I highly recommend them.

I had a very frustrating experience with Mr. Rooter. They charge me $370 just to point out where they claimed my leak was. No repairs were actually done. To make matters worse, they pointed to the wrong spot, I went ahead and eliminated the line they said was leaking but the leak is still ongoing. Paying that much money for inaccurate information feels like a complete rip-off. I would not recommend this company.
