These are the most unprofessional contractors i have ever dealt with .was a warranty call . the plumber was having trouble removing the toilet nut , and ended up forcing the toilet up and breaking the flange , which then became a $ 700 repair. at this point the flange is broken and you are at their mercy. the tech made no attempt to clean up any of his mess They use the warranty to get in the door to rack up repairs
This is the WORST COMPANY!! They were called out to fix a leak in my house on 09/27/20, and they came out to assess the damage on 09/30/20. They told me that there was a part that they needed to order to fix my leak. I haven't heard from them or the technician since the 30th. I have had to CALL them repeatedly, to no avail. No one can tell me what it going on, or why it is taking so long, etc. I have a giant hole in my wall that I can't close until the plumbing is fixed, but they refuse to even contact me. Very disappointed with the service I received, Technician "Rob" was sent to my home for a leak from the bath tub. When Rob arrived to my home he immediately told me he couldn't assess the plumbing issue because the tub was encased and the front casing would need to be removed. Ok he instructed me to have it removed and to call him back. After casing removed, he was called to return. Upon his return he was there less than 5 minutes only to inform me it wasn't my pipes leaking but the actually faucet had a rusted hole. "Rob" w... read more
This was the most unprofessional, inexperienced young worker that was sent to review a problem. We noticed the ceiling discolored while away from the house during the Covid-19 quarantine. We call American Shield and they called you guys. The young man stated that this was neglect and had been leaking for a long time. This is not true; we would have seen due to the location. I have a kitchen drain that is clogged, so I called Mr. Rooter to see about getting someone out to fix it. I spoke to John who advised that it would cost around $275 today (which is Sunday). If I wait until tomorrow (Monday) it would be around $175. This is not consistent to the information posted on the website ... “We charge the same price any time, any day.
