I had service from Mr. Rooter on October 16 and October 17. Water was backing up through my basement drain. The tecnician Sam was very prompt and diagnosed the situation quickly. He could not get the equipment he needed to clear out the roots on the first day, but did stabilize the situation for the short term. We called Mr. Rooter to deal with some slow drains at a business. Brandon and James arrived early, assessed the issues quickly and thoroughly. They resolved the issues and cleaned up after themselves. Did not disrupt business at all. Nice work guys, really appreciate the good work.
