Requested emergency service at about 12:00 a.m. after contacting several 24/7 companies that were unavailable. The tech called within 30 minutes to assess the issue, and was at our door less than an hour after that (only because the drive time was 50+ minutes). Even at 1:30 a.m., he was buttoned-up, personable, and efficient. Went straight to work, and had us taken care of quickly with no real disruption.
