This is the second time I've used Mr. ********************** for a plumbing issue. *******, the technician was friendly. Found out the plumbing issue was greater than expected. Seems to be a reputable company but wish I had called someone else. The company overall doesnt seem to have the equipment needed. A plumber comes to access and then has to wait on equipment. We were told wrong info about our sewer line which caused a lot of confusion and having to call the city which did a test a confirmed Mr ********************** told us wrong. Seems they did not use a locator as they used their camera/scope. When they came back to clear a clog, we had to wait hours for the actual equipment to get there af... read more

On 17 August 2025, DO NOT USE *********************************** POOR WORKMANSHIP , first repair cost ****** to replace a 6 inch hose on back of my toilet. 2 weeks later, guess what, it is still leaking. ****************************** ***** ****** arrived second time to see what was leaking again. ***** ****** was the same person who replaced the 6 inch hose.
