At first Andre brought the wrong water heater. Andre quickly brought the correct water heater. He did an excellent job installing it. We could not be happier. I highly recommend Mr Rooter and especially Andre for all your plumbing needs.

The Mr. Rooter service technician Michael Johnson was great. He took the time to listen to the problems noticed around the house and was very efficient in inspecting the areas. He explained everything he found and discussed the issues and the fees. He answered every question with knowledge and spoke on my level. There was not any surprise in the work or in the fees. What was quoted was what was charged. I appreciate his time and effort and especially appreciate that I have all my plumbing issues fixed.

Bryan was wonderful! He came out to fix the cartridge in my bathtub faucet and did an excellent job. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before he left. It’s so nice to have someone come into your home who is pleasant, respectful, and clearly knows what he’s doing.
