We had two excellent employees of Mr. Rooter here Saturday and today; Michael Straquadine and David Callahan. Both were knowledgeable and very thorough checking everything out before giving us the solution. And they let us view through the camera what is going on instead of just telling us....and they answered all our questions as we had many! Delisio, Mentor,Ohio
We dealt with Dave, Mike, and their crews, when our sewer line finally cracked and we had some sewage backing up into our floor drain in the basement. They were always prompt, very helpful, very respectful. They even let us know that they accidentally damaged our siding with the backhoe, and they'll make it right. This was a very stressful and upsetting week, but they made it less stressful than it could have been. Thank you, Mr. Rooter.

MR ROOTER TRIES TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUNG FAMILIES IN WILLOWICK. My husband and I had food and water backing up in our basement when running the dish washer and using our kitchen sink.
