Came out to unclog drain. Appeared to be fixed, but two weeks later is clogged again. Supposed to have a 30 day guarantee. Phoned and made appointment. No call or no show. Phoned again and made another appointment later that same day. No show or phone call! Wasted $225.00 I would not recommend them.

I use Mr. Rooter all the time and would highly recommend them! Their prices are kind of high but they really work with you.

Jeff G. was wonderful, he took the time to clean his equipment before bringing it into our house. He did a wonderful job and I will call Mr. Rooter again if and when I need service.
Joe is a great plumber! He was even here on a holiday and saved our family's Thanksgiving! Everyone commented on how polite and knowledgeable he was. We love Mr. Rooter.
Daove came out and did a fine job. He explained everything he was doing and why. A little pricey, but the job is done. I do NOT recommend using their electrical service however. Waaay too expensive!!
Here is a GIGANTIC shout out to Jeff Goldner!! He worked for hours on a clogged kitchen drain and then when another problem was found he stayed to fix that problem too!!! He is dedicated to providing GREAT service and I would welcome him back into my home to fix any plumbing problems in the future. Thank you Jeff!!!!!
