priced way to high. I had a simple clog in my drain in my basement. I ask for a snake to be ran through to in clog. the representative told my wife it would be over 400.00. true value rents a snake for 26.00 the representative did ask my wife what she thought the price would be. she assumed 150.00 would be a fair price. he stated he couldn't do that. we rented a snake from true value and got it done in less than an hour.
Me. Rooter Plumbing came the same day that I called and did a great job unclogging my driveway drain, I will definitely recommend them.
I have used Mr. Rooter for at least 15 years now and am always satisfied with the results. My most recent plumbing adventure was well handled by Garret, Mike and Bryon. As always they were prompt, efficient, courteous and got the job done. I also would be remiss is not thanking the City of Berea employee who came after normal business hours to turn the water off at the street so Garret could replace the shut off valve in the basement. Would recommend Mr. Rooter to all.
Bill, Dave and the team were extremely professional, knowlegable, and friendly. They didn't hurry, but took all the time needed to insure I was satisfied. I had a drain line on my back property line that had become clogged with tree roots and debris that was causing my yard an my neighbors yards to become flooded. They never rushed, but took all the time that was needed. They came at 5:00 in the evening and stayed until 7:00 PM. Pricey? They got the job done! You might have to take a loan to pay for your drain cleaning. They wanted $856 to clear the drain from the house to the street. Finally got them down to $705. Passed
easy scheduling for quick service. AM call to move up appt at 7am was odd but when they didn't show up to after 9am it was at the scheduled time..waste of my time waiting for early arrival service tech was attentive and professional and supported the most economical service
