I had an excellent experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing. I reached out after receiving an outrageous quote from a local “well-known” company in the area. The technicians were very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The service was completed within the week with no issues. Their warranties and membership options are well worth it. Highly recommend to anyone in need of plumbing services!
Had a blockage in between my kitchen and sewer line. Came out and repaired the problem without any extra costs. I stand by there work. Truly did a great job and was very professional, I highly recommend. Had a follow up service with tech. Jordan, he did a excellent job with my problem Very professional and did a excellent job.
Paid $2000 for a service and we are experiencing the same issue months later. They were supposed to be here Friday to check after waiting around for them all day they called at the end of the day to say they’ll be here Monday. Today is Monday and after waiting again all day they rescheduled for tomorrow. No consideration for our time and we can’t use our bathroom, kitchen sink, or dishwasher. Where’s the customer service? Seems like they don’t care what happens after they get paid.
Matthew Smith was wonderful. He cleared my drain, was friendly and communicative, and great around our dog and kids. I would absolutely recommend him!
