Mr Rooter folks were timely and immediately started to locate the problem. They had the equipment they needed and were able to fix the problem and put the property back in service.
The service was outstanding, my tech was a great listener and upfront with work requirements and pricing. Plumbing work can be expensive but I feel it was with it .
Plumber came out within 30 minutes of calling him. Accessed the problem, went to pick up materials, came back and fixed the problem. He was finished and gone in 1 hour and half. This is a rental property he was at and after he left the tenant called to tell me how professional he was and thanked me.

Mr. Rooter sent Josh over right away to diagnose the leak I discovered. He carefully reviewed the details of what was actually many catastrophic leaks from pretty much every possible location on the old tank.
