We had a wonderful experience with them! Their tech came out right away (45 min after i called) and had my drain fixed in a snap. We previously had a bad experience with another company and Mr Rooter did everything they could to right someone else's wrong and was very empathetic to my apprehension. But apprehension is gone and I would recommend them to anyone who asked!
My technician, John, was prompt, polite and extremely professional. He explained the work with full transparency. It was a great experience. I will be recommending Mr Rooter to all my friends!
