Sidney Russell helped my Mom with a toilet issue at her home. He had such amazing customer service and a positive attitude. He was willing to not charge us when we discovered it was a very simple issue. However, he stayed and diagnosed a bit further and there was a true issue with the toilet. He got the parts and fixed the issue and now my Mom's toilet is back working. Thank you Sidney for your above and beyond customer service!!
