Made an appointment online this morning. Couple hours later I called to confirm. Told the lady our well pump quit working last night and we have no water. Got a text a few minutes later saying tech would be there shortly. 2 hours later when he hadn’t showed up I called again. Was told he’d would be there between 3:30-5:30. It is now 6:15 and no call no show. Very unprofessional
FRAUD ALERT ‼️ THEY STOLE my credit card number and Took $6000 out of my bank account!‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ NOT AUTHORIZED and they never finished the work ‼️ No one even told me they were done. I did not receive any phone calls to ask for payment. IN MY WORLD YOU GET PAID WHEN THE JOB IS COMPLETE AND YOU CONTACT ME FOR PAYMENT. We still have no gas or hot water and they did not do the upstairs piping as agreed. I’m grateful we can at least flush the toilet. $6000 ( felony) is not a small amt of money and we are still without. ... read more
Jason was our tech and he was amazing. He worked tirelessly to unclog our drain. I will recommend him anytime.

I like to give a big thanks and shout out to Taylor and Payton the ladies in the office at Mr Rooter they stayed in contact with us over the phone multiple times during the day and they even called after the job was done to make sure that we were satisfied I get big thanks to them for helping us do this stressful time also jackson and Blake did a awesome job filling in the dirt and putting my wall back up they deserve a praise too and so does Chelsea and Taylor and Payton
