I got refund after I complained about my experience with Mr.Rooter, as I comment previously, Mr.Rooter gave a pipe replacement qoute since their technician suggest not to proceed with drain snake (however I rent a drain snake the day after and make it work), thier after-sales service said they will retrain the technician and improve their service, I change my review to 4 star since they have a nice after-sales service refund.
They hooked our sewer to the wrong main and wont fix it. They lied to us and told us it was the city main They hijacked our yard and tore up all kinds of stuff. Then raised our pruce by 10,000 dollars and according to two different plumbers today... they didnt even build any of it correct and yes.. hooked us to an unmaintained 100 year old private main instead of the city main. The owners like to threaten to sue people because they don’t know how to do their own job!! Would not go through them if you don’t want your whole house flooded and your backyard tore up :)
If I could give no stars I would. My problem wasn’t solved. I was told I needed a camera service to solve the problem and would then be told how much more I would need to pay. Don’t get tempted by the $95 price tag. That’s just a fee to come out and sell you more. Others charge more to snake a drain. But at least they leave and the work is done.
Micheal V came out to scope my lines and did a very thorough job. I will definitely be using Mr. Rooter for everything in the future.
