Mr rooter did a sewer line replacement for my Mom a few months back and twice now they have had to be called back to the property to fix the poor leveling job their employees have done. First time they left bricks and debris stacked against the house and the yard was a lumpy mess strewn with debris. The second time (which was today) they removed SOME of the debris and put down straw but again the yard was not properly graded and the amount of straw they put down was laughable. The gentleman that came out was so nice and very professional
I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I received. I felt rushed through as a customer and felt I was being sold a sales pitch versus an actual service. Both technicians walked in the door and were “done” in 15-20 minutes I was deliberately lied to and quoted the two most expensive jobs between $5000-$15000.. Following a second opinion, the issue was what I was lied to about and was a drastically less significant of an issue.
Jesse and Shane came out and both were nice and respectful and very professional and informative
