We had Jason come and install a new hot water tank and do 3 outdoor hose bib replacements for us. He was punctual, professional, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answer our questions and present us with multiple options. I found their pricing to be competitive and appreciated having different options to choose from. The quality of the work was excellent. I would not hesitate using Mr Rooter again. Highly recommend!

I recently had a main sewer back up at my residence. At about 12:30 PM, I called three plumbing companies, and my municipal water services dept (who never did show up) The first company offered their '24 hr emergency service' with availability "after 5 pm" with a premium placed on the call out fee and cost of service due to the after hours nature of their availability. I recently had my sump pump replaced by Mr. Rooter, and I’m very happy with the entire experience. From the initial phone call to the completion of the job, everything was professional and efficient. First thing, everyone I have dealt with at Mr.Rooter have always been amazing, professional and kind. Paul came out for a simple clog and went above and beyond to help clear the issue and trouble shoot, setting up an appointment for an estimate on work. He was also very patient with all my questions, taking time to answer everyone. Shane came and saved the day with a new hot water heater today. Fast, friendly and professional service. The job was done right, things were kept clean and he even did extra checks to make sure the house is doing good. Shane was very knowledgeable and had answers to all my questions. They installed a Bradford White which is a brand I’ve heard great things about. Would 100% recommend Mr.Rooter anytime.
