We had an extremely disappointing experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Calgary. They charged us over $600 for an "attempt" to clear a blockage. I called them to clear a backup in my bathroom and kitchen sink at my business. Instead of properly cleaning the drain with a snake or hydro jetting, they only used a camera to push debris, which is not a real cleaning method. I called Mr. Rooter to investigate a plumbing backup. They initially made an appointment for the hext morning but informed me if an opening came earlier they would change the appointment. An ooening did come up and a service plumber, Calvin Awalt, was dispatched to my home. After I gave Calvin some background infirmation he thoroughly explained to me what my options were.
