We had Jason come and install a new hot water tank and do 3 outdoor hose bib replacements for us. He was punctual, professional, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answer our questions and present us with multiple options. I found their pricing to be competitive and appreciated having different options to choose from. The quality of the work was excellent. I would not hesitate using Mr Rooter again. Highly recommend!

I recently had a sewer line repair in the basement of my house. Josh, Chris and their crew did an excellent repair. The concrete floor had to be opened up and the damaged section replaced. They were very professional and quick. I was totally impressed on how they kept the place clean! in would highly recommend Mr Rooter!!!

I recently had my sump pump replaced by Mr. Rooter, and I’m very happy with the entire experience. From the initial phone call to the completion of the job, everything was professional and efficient. I recently had a main sewer back up at my residence. At about 12:30 PM, I called three plumbing companies, and my municipal water services dept (who never did show up) The first company offered their '24 hr emergency service' with availability "after 5 pm" with a premium placed on the call out fee and cost of service due to the after hours nature of their availability. First thing, everyone I have dealt with at Mr.Rooter have always been amazing, professional and kind. Paul came out for a simple clog and went above and beyond to help clear the issue and trouble shoot, setting up an appointment for an estimate on work. He was also very patient with all my questions, taking time to answer everyone.
