Very knowledgeable and friendly, although arrived an hour past appointment time.

I live in a rural area and am on a well. I woke up this morning to no water. Mr. Rooter is our regular plumber. I called them before they opened, got an answering service, and a scheduler called me immediately after they opened and said a repair person would be there at 1. Jeremy showed up, was great and did a great job.
