Clearing , cleaning, and degreasing a kitchen line that had never been cleaned in 60 years. The process encountered difficulties, requiring the technician to, in the moment, take a number of different approaches, spending more time than usual. He was patient and persistent, friendly and informative, working at the problem until it was solved. I would use them again.
Busted pipe between the meter at the street and the house. Tons of water spewing across the driveway. My usual plumbing contact couldn't get to us right away but Mr. Rooter had people ready to dispatch. They found the leak and patched the line the same day.
