Buyer beware, there is a 99.5 percent chance you will be REQUIRED to file a dispute for a charge after you cancel a NON DIAGNOSTIC service with them. So, on 8/27/26, I was told that my cast iron beneath my toilet needed to be replaced like as if it was a emergency by supervisor Danny L. The cost was $6,000. This review has been overdue for so long. Being very busy stopped me from writing this review long ago. I called Mr. Rooter plumbing service to do a rooting service in my unit. The guy did a decent job and for that reason I called them back to do an estimate to replace my old bathtub plumbing system. They sent me the estimate and I requested to do the service later on, after 2-3 months approximately. Do not book them. They don’t care about anything . I called them to get appointment, I was given window of 8am to 12 noon . I took off from work . Technician did not show up. I called their office number of times, they were like they don’t know how long it will take . I asked them send another technician, they said we will keep you informed . I called them again, I told that they are not sure if work at my place will be done today . I am no respect for costumer’s time . I waited while day, tied up did not step out as I like ... read more

No Bull Shit Here! They did a terrible job and ripped me off the drains are clogged after spending $1000.00. They serviced the home but did not penetrate the blockage, so after installing the plumbing fixtures we later found out the drainage is not right! Shame on them for not coming back to take care of the problem just because it went past the time frame. Sincerely Andreas
