We called Mr Rooter for a blocked kitchen sink drain. The receptionist was very nice! She said that they could be here within 2 hours. Matthew sent a text saying he was on his way. He presented the cost upfront for the repair. He did an excellent job of removing the blockage. Cleaned up & gave me some good advice! Thanks again! Lloyd B.

From beginning to end we had a wonderful experience with this company. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because I think the price was quite high for this particular service. Although I do acknowledge that expertise and special equipment were necessary, it was still a lot for less than an hours' work IMO.
