Ivan was terrific. Very respectful of our home (used boot covers and a drop sheet on our kitchen floor) and completed the work in a timely fashion. Did a great job explaining the various sevice options and the value associated with each option. Even went above and beyond repairing another minor thing which I appreciated. Professional and easy to work with.
Arrived at scheduled time, gave estimate on repair of equipment. Ivan worked at making sure that there was little trace that he had been there, by covering his shoes, to a thorough clean up after his repair. I also found the price of the repair was reasonable.
Ivan did the work here. I was left with a little clean up to do, but OK. I was told they gave a 10% seniors discount, but was NOT given one. He also showed me an estimate of further work that should be done... he said he would send it to me, but I've never gotten it!
Ivan was very nice, prompt and professional. Service was good, but expensive!
