When I called the receptionist was very nice and helpful to get me in the queue. i was able to get support the same day. I was told I would get a call before they arrived and I did. They came at the beginning of the 2 hr window given. I was told I would get a free quote before any work was done. And I did. I felt the plumber was very courteous and nice. Answered all of my questions and explained things as he did them. Left the job clean, tested and complete. Very satisfied.
Front office gal great and responsive.... BUT... The plumber person who came out said we would have an estimate two days later. Two days came and went, called twice to follow up and three weeks later I'm still waiting. No go!
