Beat in class service all around. Experience could not have been better.Highly recommend!
Jerry came out to fix or replace the main shutoff valve to my house. Although he could not replace the main shutoff, he said he would put a new shutoff valve further up the pipe. He installed a shark bite ball valve. The cost was $320, I only found out later the I was grossly overcharged. It's pretty sad to see a local plumber that seems so nice overcharge that much. I would not recommend this company.
We highly recommend! We’ve used Jerry to replace our water heater and to help us with a leak under the kitchen sink. He is great to communicate with and quick to come out. He is also very reasonably priced and he is real with you. He’s not going to jerk you around or try to fix things that aren’t broken. He is a must call!
Highly recommend. Our water pressure was extremely high, and we suspected the PRV had gone bad. Jerry was very responsive to my messages and came out soon as he could fit us in. He was very informative and even checked a few other things while here to make sure the pressure hadn't hurt anything. I've dealt with repairmen before that are in a rush and treat me different being a woman, but Jerry was kind, listened to my concerns, and answered all my questions. Will call him again if we ever have issues.
A very kind, honest and professional plumber! He has come out twice to trouble shoot leaking we have been having. I would highly recommend him and will be calling him for all of our future plumbing needs!
