I'm sorry but I called Roto- rototer plumbing one weekend. They took all my information, said someone would call me with-in the hour. I called back after that hour they kept telling me . The job must be taking longer than they thought they will call you soon. I waited another hour. Called again same story....They never did get back to me. I was very dissatisfied. I had put in calls to other plumbers. No one but Ken May's plumbing got back to me. They were the ones I went with and was extremely satisfied!!
