NOT always open. Claim 24/7 service. Tech was supposed to arrive in 1-1.5hrs. Close to 4 hours later and we’ve been ghosted. Calls to tech unanswered and after reaching dispatch again, got hung up on and no one called back. We subsequently called another plumbing company that was far more professional to work with. Avoid Mr Rooter at all costs.
I had a very complicated sewer problem. All of the employees at Mr Rooter were very helpful and professional. Isaac and Uncle Mo were fantastic! They keep us well informed about the project. Call up Mr Rooter and Richard the technian showed with in an hour arrived and was very efficient unclogged the drain very quickly, I was surpris ed how reasonable the price was, great service, great prices,unbelievable to find honest plumbers

Well have used your service for a log time . Today I had called your service due to a drainage problem in my tub .Your service tech Casedy Bayless i think is his name. was early and very polite and helpful.He gave me a quote and worked for a very long time .
