Office was very nice and the tech was very knowledgable. They solved a big problem that we had been having for a long time. Will definitely use them in the future.
FANTASTIC SERVICE...They did a great job for us. We haven't needed a plumber for many years and were quite apprehensive about how things would go. Well, we couldn't have been happier. From the gal that answered the phone to the tech that serviced our home, everything went great. We couldn't believe how neat and clean the service guy kept our home during a messy job. Very impressed.
We recently had Mr Rooter at our home for a service call. The tech, Mike was very courteous, and was dressed neatly. One thing that really impressed us was the fact that he put on paper booties before coming into our home. He also explained everything to my husband and myself about what was to be done on the call. We were very impressed with this company and will certainly call on them in the future.
