Not worth the effort. Didn't really check anything and offered some expensive service. Go somewhere truly local where the customer really does matter. Ohhh and not to mention showed up a day late.
Called Lorie at Mr Rooter around 10am by 12 Zack the technician took care of my problem right down to wiping down the floor. Best service I’ve received from any company in years. The whole experience from start to finish was very professional and there pricing was straightforward and fair. I will definitely call them again if need be. Thanks!! (Luther)
I had a weird problem with my plumbing that caused air to shoot out of the faucets. I wasn't sure how to correct the issue so I called Mr rooter. They rescheduled on me twice but eventually a tech showed up. He was very friendly which is why I give two stars instead of one. He didn't really know what was going on so he just kinda guessed that I needed a new well pressure tank because the diaphragm in mine had probably worn down.... he didnt notice that I have an air over water style which doesn't use a bladder.
