Plumber supposed to show up between 2-6pm. Called at 6 to see if they were still coming. Was told they would call me back and let me know. I called back at 620 and was asked if I had availability the next day. Cancelled and called another company.
Finally, a company that looks out for the customer. My technician, Luke, was professional,, knowledgeable and more importantly courteous. That kind of service goes a long way and I don’t write too many reviews.
Once again BRAD KAISER IS THE MAN! Professional, courteous, trustworthy, knowledgeable... and honest! He has helped me on multiple occasions. My dog Sully even knows his name. Brad goes above and beyond to help his customers. My highest recommdation! *****
