Called for emergency plumbing after I found a leak on April 15th. It was after hours and I explained it was an emergency. It’s been almost 2 weeks (tomorrow) and I’ve yet to receive a phone call back.
I had my whole house backed up called Mr Rooter and they came within a hour and had me flushing 2 hours after I called them I highly recommend this company

The company I work for, Nortrax had Mr Rooter"Ft.Myers" come to fix our ladies room stool. Mind you there is only one ladies room in the building. The day after they were here to fix our stool it broke again. So, the next day a tech "Mark" came to fix it but said he had a family emergency & had to leave. Stated that he would have Mr Rooter send us a quote by the end of the day to get it fixed. Heard nothing for several days.So we called again asking if they wrre coming back or sending us a quote. They came within 1 hour of my call. The technician was professional and explained my problem. 30 minutes later the. problem was resolved. I very pleased.
