Kudos to Mr Rooter! To start off the young lady Christine on the phone was so helpful when I called in a panic because my bathroom had flooded while I was out shopping. She assured me that she would have someone over with in an hour. The plumber John and Tyler showed up in less than 20 minutes. Wow! John went strait to to find out what was going on. Our pipes were backing up and we believed we had a large clog in a pipe. We called Mr. Rooter and set an appointment. They called about an hour before the appointment block to say it would be closer to the end of the block of time. When they arrived they covered their shoes when walking through the house (even though I told them they didn't have to). I appreciated their courtesy.
