They never got back with an estimate
I contacted Mr. Roof after noticing water damage on my den ceiling and around the chimney. It occurred during the recent icestorm. Mr. Roof sent their employee, Logan, to climb onto my roof to inspect the damages. Logan was professional, knowledgeable, and so kind. He took pictures while on my roof so that I can see the damage too. This would be my first time filing a claim with my hazard/homeowners insurance, and I was unsure of what to do. The crew showed up on time, did their job. Covered the plants and flowers not to damage them. Cleaned up good. Didn’t goof off. Did an excellent job. I’m proud of my new roof.
Terrible experience. Damage done to our home and no one will call to make it right. We have paused $18,000 worth of work due to the lack of communication. We accepted a quote for new windows, new gutters, new roof, a new back door, and a new front storm door. Damage in the kitchen ceiling that a representative tried to say was “vibrational damage” so it took me going into the attic to show him the damage.
