Last minute notification when they were coming out for roof replacement also damaged screen and siding still have not received receipt and certificate of completion for insurance company as promised .been waiting 2 weeks for them to come out to replace screen damaged and siding damage even though they call me at beginning of each week to tell me they will have it done by end of week
Mr. Roof replaced my roof on 11/13/2025. They not only met, but beat the best of 3 quotes. Wayne was great to work with in the sales department and took care of my referral. When he submitted the referral, I got an immediate call from Mr. Roof because they didn’t catch that it was a referral and wanted to know how they could help with any issue. Would not recommend, poor work and poor customer service. Leaving behind material and poor craftsmanship, overall greedy company
Mr roof has awesome people working for them. Wayne Lake was very friendly and straight to the point on what I need and how everything will work. The work they did was awesome and very appreciated. And will recommend to all my friends and family.
