Mr roof was a great place to work with. They were fast , efficient , kind , reasonable priced , quality materials and always kept us informed on process and procedures. The only issue was none of the crew spoke English except the work Forman who wasn’t always here. So communication was impossible lol
My experience with Mr. Roof was positive. 3 shingles come off the garage side. Luke came out and looked at what needed to be done and got back with me that same day. He also, said that someone would be getting back with me -the following week- to do the repair. If I didn't hear from the office to call him. The Home Show was going on -so I gave Mr. Roof some time to contact me. After about a week and half I called Luke back and he had a manager out here to fix the repair.
