Whole roof replacement. Cost $13k The roof looks decent but we definitely would not use them in the future after our experience. The sales experience was great however the production did not match. 1. Never met the project manager until there was an issue. A crew not in a uniform or in company marked vehicles just showed up knocking on the door. 2. Flashing work looked as if a first timer did it. They agreed and came out to redo the flashing. 3. Please do not trust this company with your roof. After the snow in January it leaked horribly and they said they do not guarantee the inside! I called and emailed no success. Horrible unprofessional company!!
Deb was fantastic! Came out to check my roof out, told me what she found or didnt find and did not try to talk me into anything I didn't need all while making some great reccomendations!! A++ Customer service!
