I had an extremely poor experience with both Mr. Roof Cincinnati and their parent company, Crane Renovation Group, on a siding project at my home. From the beginning, the project was plagued with workmanship issues. Gutters were installed incorrectly with improper pitch, caulking was missing or poorly applied across multiple areas, and the house wrap installation was completely unacceptable—full of holes, improperly sealed, and not taped correctly. This company charged me $950 for a 1 hour roof repair!!! One person. One hour. Outrageous. Did I know in advance? Yes, but I was told “a crew would come out, fix the repair, examine the entire roof, fix all loose tiles and pushed up nails, check around all stacks and any fans and around my two small skylights AND clean my gutters.” Seemed high but I felt I would be assured all was good on my roof. ONE HOUR and my gutters weren’t even cleaned! I’m an 82 yr. old women living on SS!
Cincinnati Roofing has done an amazing job on our roof! They were professional, kind, and cleaned up even after they were done! I've worked with other roofers in my life, by far, Cincinnati Roofing are the very best! Highly recommend! Oh!! They also got our job done in 1 day! If you have roofing needs, hit these gentlemen up!
Had 25yo roof replaced. Attic roof fan removed as all vents which were replaced with ridge vent-quite an improvement. Flat rubber roof also replaced and 2 skylites removed. V Houston project consultant, and J Davenport project manager were on site, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The workers were friendly (unfortunately I know little Spanish!) and hard working and helped each other as needed. Used tarps all around house and left it very clean and picked up. Even ran a metal detector for any dropped nails.
Joe was a great Roof professional to work with. He gave an accurate estimate, description of the issues found during his inspection and got to the root of the problem. The crew that came was quick, professional, and knowledgeable. Will only use Mr. Roof in the future.
