Zero accountability for the workmanship of their contractors. I had them out less than 1 year ago where they told me I had to have a water test to identify the issue which I ultimately paid to get done. I was the charged $1,000 for the repairs and here we are less than a year later and they want to send a crew to have me pay for another water test and then charge to fix something that was already paid to be fixed...
