Aarón did a great job helping me through the process on getting a new roof! My insurance first denied me and then with his help he got them to approve the claim. Also the crew was great very respectful and did great job cleaning up no nails!
Ryan from Mr Roof stopped by to evaluate our roof and within days they were out and removed our old one and replaced it. They were very personable, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. Their team of about 15 showed up in the morning and the entire roof was completed that day. And we have a lot of multi-level roof space. The whole process from start to clean up was amazing and they did an outstanding job. The roof looks great! I would highly recommend them, and actually have to a number of people.
Ryan and the entire team went above and beyond to help us with gaining insurance approval for our roof, working with us on the specific product we wanted, and ensuring everything was completed to a high standard. They did an excellent job cleaning up and ensuring that no nails were in our yard and our pets and children were safe. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
Our roof was damaged in a hailstorm, and Mr. Roof did an outstanding job replacing it. Our consultant, Ryan, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was extremely professional, clear, and communicative throughout the entire process. Pleased with the whole process from start to finish Ryan Sandman helped us every step of the way from roof inspection to working with insurance company. He even came out few days after the roof work was done to run another magnetic sweep for any leftover nails. Definitely recommend him and his team.
