Very bad experience: The rep did everything to get the approval from the insurance company and then was pushing for getting the roof installed without giving time decide on the color and HOA approval. He promised to shared another brand that was better than what he suggested and included in the contract, but never shared the details. Mr. Roof put in the extra effort with multiple visits to make sure we got a new roof on my house for a fair price. The process was smooth from the first consultation with Alex and Isaiah. They gave us several options to choose from with top quality products.
