I paid Mr Roof more than $30K for a new roof and the very first winter I had a leak, a big leak, gallons of water. I called them, they said too bad because our warranty doesn't cover ice dams. The second winter it leaked again, same place, called them to get a quote for fixing the bad area. They said send pictures, so I sent pictures. Never heard back from them. I would give them a five star out of five star rating and would use them again. Mr roof really has their act together and no wonder they are the biggest roofing company in our city.

There was no other roofing company that i would consider other than Able. My husband works at a bank and sees some of the scary balance sheets of some local businesses and also deals with Able - I know that they will be here to provide service.

never have I seen such a hard working bunch of men. They got here at 8:30 and put the last nail in at 5:00 and cleaned up like you wouldn't believe. My neighobrs were very impressed as well.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. They did everything that they said they would and made it easy for me. They also found my necklace in the yard that I lost a year ago. I think I was more happy about than the new roof lol

it has been 2 years since my roof was completed and mr roof did a follow up courtesy call to make sure that everything was fine. That impressed me enough to do this review.

Probably the best home improvement experience ever. The price was great compared to the others and one was from my cousin. They showed up when they said they would be here and they got it done in a day. They had to come back to do the windows as that was another crew and they did not expain that toe me so I had to take off work another day - I wish I had known that and maybe the salesman told me that but I am thoroughly happy with the roof and the windows.

They were very efficient, very quick, and very clean. We found two nails when they left and that's it. The fact that they finished a huge roof in one day is amazing.
