I paid Mr Roof more than $30K for a new roof and the very first winter I had a leak, a big leak, gallons of water. I called them, they said too bad because our warranty doesn't cover ice dams. The second winter it leaked again, same place, called them to get a quote for fixing the bad area. They said send pictures, so I sent pictures. Never heard back from them.
