Well, safe to say these people are the worst on the market. They had me spend over 2000 on changing a panel that ended up frying all my heat sources. No hot water/no heat during the winter while having a child in the home. Knowing that never did anything to fix the problem and left us with no heat for a whole month as he keep saying he’d be back. Worst electricians ever. Little knowledge and all they wanted to do is take advantage of a senior. Wanted $850 to install a ceiling fan. Would never call them again.

Did a decent job fixing what I called them to fix. Following that I asked for an estimate on how much it would cost to rewire the house to get rid of knob and tube. They pressured me into agreeing to do it through them and insisted I give them a check for half of the cost (a sizable amount) right there and then. I was hesitant, so they told me I could give them the deposit check but they wouldn't cash it in for a couple of days, in case I wanted to call them and back out. Mr. Response Electric saved my day. My electricity went out in a snow storm in Brighton MA and I called them first and they took my call, and sent an electrician to my house that night. The problem was resolved, and I had heat and lights during the storm. Thanks again Mr. Response.
