We recently had Mr. Reliable replace a sink and faucet for us, and overall they did a very good job. Even though some minor damage occurred during the installation, the owner took immediate responsibility for the issue and personally spent time locating replacement tile to remedy the damage and make things right. That level of integrity, accountability, and customer service is greatly appreciated and not something you see every day. Mr Reliable showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He made some great observations/recommendations for things to consider down the line but for now, the fix was all that was needed. They didn't try to upsell me or tack on "add ons" and I really appreciated that. I'd call on them again if I ever needed HVAC and plumbing service.

Fantastic service in every respect... Really fast responses on phone and text updates Superb friendly, courteous, caring, "family" attention to details Went out of the way for our emergency situation where our STUPID RINNAI TANKLESS water heater died (photo) due to a few really dumb design features of it & was only like 8 years old! Mr. Reliable truly lives up to their name! Anthony and Alonzo fixed our AC quickly and had it running perfectly again in no time. They were super nice, professional, and respectful of our home. It’s rare to find such friendly service paired with real expertise. Highly recommend them to anyone needing AC repairs!

Mr. Reliable Plumbing & Heating provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and their team arrived on time and ready to work. They were courteous and respectful of my home, taking care to clean up after themselves. The plumber explained the problem in detail and offered multiple solutions, allowing me to choose the best option for my budget. I appreciate their honesty and transparency. I'll definitely use this company again for any future plumbing needs.
