We originally started out with someone else doing our repair. Said a part was on backorder for just a few days and then was going to have to be shipped from out of state. Two days after confirming it had shipped, he told me it had never been manufactured and would be eight more weeks! We’d already been in the summer heat for a week and a half waiting while we thought he was working on it.
