☆☆☆☆ When “Mr. Real Estate” Forgot the *Real* Part. We contacted Mr. Real Estate for a market analysis and were ready to list our investment property with him. As out-of-town owners, we expected professionalism — instead, we got arrogance. He was rude, dismissive, and couldn’t be bothered to even view the property. If this is what “experience” looks like, we’ll pass. Respect and effort still matter — just not to him.

Could not have asked for a better experience as a first time home seller! My wife and I needed to sell our home fast for a career change which had us moving out of state within a month. House was on the market fast, offers came in fast, and house was sold much quicker than expected for a more than fair price.
