Have spent over 10 grand this year, and probably 50 grand in the last 4 years with these guys. I’ll never go back. I went in with a simple request to see if they had a specific manual stacker for my small remote warehouse to stack and unstack road cases. They didn’t have it ( which is ok) but the head sales guy is in the back making a call to ask some one else if they had one “ The guy is too cheap to buy an electric one and do it right…..” I burst in and flipped out. highly recommended! Install pallet rack not easy, you need pallet racks, you need get permit, you need good operation teams. Do not buy from this "company" and I use the term loosely. This place is a joke... they have a run down store front and it's filled with salvaged junk. I had no idea what their business actually is... a lower class version of Sanford and Son from what I can gather. They buy salvaged junk other people throw away and resell it.
