We had high expectations of this bar but sadly we were beyond disappointed. The cocktails were very poorly mixed & tasted terrible. That aside the service was a disgrace, the woman working behind the bar was nice, however the 2 x guys working in the outside bar were rude & arrogant. Manners cost nothing so drop the attitude! You expect a tip but you're not willing to give basic customer service. We will not be back, nor will our friends!
The people I was with were a 5 but the service was a ZERO We came with 30+ people, spent 4200 on table service. We go out side to take a picture while that. The bus boy was sent to clean our table up and try to get rid of us. While doing that they threw out 4 half bottles of Tito’s vodka. When the manager came over she offered a comped bottle of Tito’s but it didn’t equate to what was thrown out. Very un happy about the way this happened and I am not the type to complain like this.
