They were lifesavers! Got into my car before work and discovered that I had a screw in my tire. I had gone to a few of the other places around National as it was pretty early in the morning and all of them were full. Checked Google and saw Mr. P's and figured I would give it a try. I was able to walk right in and they had it patched and ready to go within 15 minutes. The pricing was also very reasonable. Thank you so much Mr. P's!
I had some expensive aftermarket wheels that had a very tight tolerance around the lug nuts and they did a great job without damaging the wheels.
This place destroyed my rims & then after selling and installing they're budget tires they hands me a receipt stating the work is as is no refunds , sure I am fuming but not so much for myself it's more for the people if I didn't t share my experience so that they could go anywhere but here for theyre tire , they lie they pretend they don't understand English after they got cha !! Garbage !!!! Beware there is allot small talk and sales pitches in between payment option and your receipt which you’ll see afterwards making an full payment ,the As Is clause and Non refundable rubber stamp , This to anyone with a half ounce is sense mean that they are legally responsible to certain people and not to others which is a hard pill to swallow when it’s your car that was left high and dry , but my complaint is about damages I incurred by their tech & off west National , the complaint is active when resolved I wi... read more
I’m a regular customer at the Bay View location on KK and have always had excellent experiences there. The staff is friendly, the work is solid, and the service is fast and reasonably priced. However, this past Saturday (5/18), the Bay View shop was unexpectedly closed, so I went to the National Ave location instead and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.
